Beth Annette Upright Cook, 58 of Kannapolis went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Carolinas Health Care-Northeast Medical Center, Concord following a period of declining health. Beth was born February 1, 1959 in Cabarrus County, NC a daughter of the late James Robert Upright and Mary Flanagan Upright. Also preceding her in death was a brother, Dwayne (Bubba) Upright and sister, Karen Green and infant daughter Amber Cook. Beth was a 1977 graduate of A.L. Brown High School. She was employed in the office at Cannon Mills for a number of years and later was an office manager for Rescare Home Care until her retirement due to ill health. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church. A Memorial Service was held 6:00 P.M. Friday at Faith Baptist Church conducted by Rev. James Pauley. Survivors include her husband, Wilroy J.
