Bess Timmerman passed away on September 23, 2011. She was born on February 9th, 1929 in Vidalia, GA.
She was a 1946 graduate of Tubman High School in Augusta, GA. In 1949, while employed by the National Exchange Bank in Augusta, she married Donald Timmerman and they celebrated 62 years together. They moved to Atlanta in 1950 where she was employed by the Trust Company of Georgia Bank as a bank teller until deciding to …
