Bess Johnson, born on October 14, 1935, passed away on July 14, 2025 in her home in Franklin, Tennessee. Throughout her rich and full life, Bess has touched countless hearts with her vibrant spirit and unwavering love. Her laughter, wisdom, and generous soul will be profoundly missed, but the legacy she leaves behind will live on.

She is survived by her children, Jeff Quakenbush and Melissa Johnson. Her granddaughter, Kylie Quakenbush and Amber Dezarov , who will continue to honor her memory by celebrating her life. She was preceded in death by her husband Bud Johnson, her mother and 

father, Johnathan and Mary Adkins.

Her warm smile and courageous spirit will forever be remembered by those blessed to have known her. As we bid farewell to Bess, we honor her memory and the beautiful life she led.
