Bertha M. ‘Pinky’ Francis (Healy), 92, passed Saturday, March 28, 2020. She was the wife of the late Arthur T. Francis, Jr. for 50 years. She was born in Providence and was a daughter of the late Vincent A. and Bertha M. (Larsen) Healy. Bertha graduated from URI in 1950 where she earned a BA in Home Economics and met the love of her life. She was a teacher of Home Economics in the East …
