Bernie was my neighbor and he was an absolute hoot. He always had a joke to cheer someone up. one of the jokes I remember him telling me was “If I  Have one drink I can feel it if I have two drinks I can really feel it but when I have three drinks, anybody can feel it” 🥳

He was a kind, smart and funny man. Definitely missed in our neighborhood. 🙏😘😇
