Ben “Benny” Schultz passed away on August 14, 2025, in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of 89. Born on October 22, 1935, in Memorial Hospital in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, he was the son of Orville Olender Sanders Schultz and Sylvia Rae Potteiger Johnson.
Benny’s early life was shaped by both joy and sorrow. He was the brother of Donnie Wayne Schultz, who died in infancy, and Shirley JoAnn Schultz Almarode, who passed away in 2017. These …
