Belle Howe, 75, of MISSOURI CITY, Texas formerly from Oxford & Franklinville NY, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2024. Born in 1949, to Clairmont and Elveda (Peggy) Lewis.
Immediately after high school Belle worked for Motorla, and then for 20+ years in administrative rolls for Norwich Eaton Pharmaceuticals (P&G), Circulars Unlimited (Pennysaver) and Chenango County Hospice.
