I'm so sorry for the loss of Belen Eloisa. I'll always think of her whenever I see her beautiful daughter Nikki, my dear friend.

Please accept our condolences for the loss of your beautiful mother and wife.  Belen was dedicated to making an impact to the healthcare system and her impact was significant over her over 30 years of service to our UnitedHealthcare/Optum members and providers.  On behalf of the our many colleagues and Belen's team please accept our deep condolences and sympathy.

I was hired at UHC (Optum) in November 2022. I worked with Belen for the Indiana Market. 

Belen has a twin sister and I have a twin brother. We started finishing each other sentences and we began calling each other twin! A dear friend like no other. I will miss you twin my friend!

To my dearest sister-in-law. You will be missed. Thank you for welcoming me into the family and loving me the way you did. You and your sister have a wonderful bond together. One that can’t be broken. You and your sister can talk for hours about nothing. Scott and I would talk about that and shake our heads in disbelief, but that is how you both loved each other. Ultimately, you brought us all together as we have learned how to love and forgive the mistakes of the past. I know this warms your heart and ours too. We love you.
