This is very sad news. I knew Bart in the 70's when we were both at Manchester University.  He was a lovely man and great fun to be with. Rest in peace. ❤️

My condolences from the Moses family to the Holder and Fox families on the loss of Bartley.  He was truly a gentle giant and a highly valued personality who earned that respect merely with an erudite, calm, and quiet demeanour.
