Hello blessed family of Bart,

My name is Nicole Lougee. I previously managed the thrift store Bart volunteered at for over a decade (Miracle Center/Treasures & More). This precious man was such a gift to us, and it was my privilege to have known him. What are unique individual with an extraordinary heart, and an incredible sense of empathy, and regard for the details of life! He will be missed immeasurably. My prayers go out to you. God bless you in the deepest of ways.
