With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Barry J. Lyons of Rindge, NH, aged 65, on December 4th, 2023. A cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and mentor, Barry's sudden departure due to cardiac arrest while skiing has left an irreplaceable void in our hearts.

Barry, a master electrician and revered teacher at Leominster High School for over three decades, dedicated his life to enlightening young minds and guiding them towards a brighter future. His impact as an educator extended far beyond the classroom walls, illuminating countless lives with his wisdom, warmth, and humor.

Barry's loving memory is treasured by his devoted wife of 41 years, Marilyn (Thibeault) Lyons; his sons Benjamin (Katherine), Corey, Barry, and Joseph; his adored grandchildren, Liam, Emily, Sage, and Julia; his brother Bruce (Joanne); and a close-knit circle of friends and family, including many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

While we mourn his loss, we also celebrate the remarkable life he led and the enduring legacy he leaves behind. A celebration of Barry's life will be arranged, honoring his journey and the joy he brought to us all. In lieu of flowers, we kindly request donations to be made in Barry's honor to a charity close to your heart, continuing his legacy of generosity and kindness.
