How you can help
Barry Golden fought a long and painful battle with Parkinson's disease, which eventually took away his body's ability to function. A former history teacher and proud Zionist, Barry was committed to Holocaust education, and the overall plight of Jews throughout history. Due to Parkinson's - related dementia, we're not sure how much he understood about Israel's most recent war and fight for existence. Barry was also a proud US Army reservist in the 1960s, and we believe that support of the IDF would have been a very meaningful cause for him.
