DES MOINES, WA – Barbara Ann Snow, 80, died of end-stage Parkinson’s Disease at home October 20, 2021, with family at her side. She was born, October 8, 1941, in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania; the eldest daughter of Edward F. and Margaret S. (Holdren) Reimard.
