Background
If you knew Barbara, you know how much she loved dogs. Her last 3 terriers were rescue and she loved them with all her heart. Barb's greatest joy would be to know that she made a difference to some dog's life. She was huge on "adopt don't shop" and I am sure she is smiling right now!
