Barbara R. Randell, age 81, of Lancaster & Appleton WI and Arlington VA died unexpectedly on September 10, 2019. Barbara was born in New York City to Ruth E. & George C. Potter and was preceded in death by them and by siblings George W. Potter, Judith E., and Peter Potter. She moved to Lancaster at the end of 1986 to care for her father when he declined quickly.
