Obituary
Barbara Jean Pipili passed through the veil into the loving arms of her Heavenly Father on the morning of January 26, 2024. She passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by loved ones. Barbara was born on February 25, 1962 in Paris, Illinois to James E. Todd and Betty Hogan Todd. She married Richard Franklin Meggs in March of 1979, whom she divorced in 1981. She married Guy Pipili in May of 2000, and later …
