Barbara Jean Pipili passed through the veil into the loving arms of her Heavenly Father on the morning of January 26, 2024. She passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by loved ones. Barbara was born on February 25, 1962 in Paris, Illinois to James E. Todd and Betty Hogan Todd. She married Richard Franklin Meggs in March of 1979, whom she divorced in 1981. She married Guy Pipili in May of 2000, and later divorced him in June of 2015. Her final partner in life was Don Miller.

Barbara was known for her kindness and efforts to help others. Her friends describe her as a funny and strong person. Throughout her life, she focused her efforts on making others' lives easier. She loved owls, the color purple and coloring pictures in her free time. She was baptized in July 27, 2013 into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Barbara was survived by her partner, Don Miller, her daughters Amanda Phillips, Amber Parr, and Skylar Shoemaker, her 14 grand-children, and her 4 great grand-children.

Among those who were waiting to embrace Barbara on the other side were her mother, father, son-in law, two brothers, and 3 grand-children.

Services will be held Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

for a memorial service. Her remains will be donated to science and cremated.
