Born Barbara Ann Tarver on 8/15/47 at age 76 she passed away peacefully on 4/15/2024 in Central, Louisiana. Loving wife of Paul William Overley, mother of Jason Pace Overley, mother in law of Rachel Metrailer Overley, grandmother of Khloe Madison Overley and Kennedy Monroe Overley. Sister to Bob Tarver. Barbara loved the Lord and loved talking about the Lord. She was a three time cancer survivor. Barbara had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to laugh and make others laugh. Barbara was from the Kentucky/Tennessee area. She lived with her husband Paul and son Jason in Lansing, Michigan for a time. She and Paul met in a bakery and eventually had a bakery in Georgia. They moved to Independence, LA where they raised their son Jason and enjoyed their grandchildren.
