MURPHY, Barbara (nee Gladkowski) – Peacefully at Ivystone Senior Living on January 26th, 2021 at the age of 81 after a long struggle with dementia. Now reunited in heaven with her beloved husband of over 50 years, Joseph Murphy. Predeceased by her parents, Chester Gladkowski & Jean (nee Sabella), twin sister Joanne (1940) & brother Gerald (1997.) Survived by her sister-in-law Caroline Gladkowski of London, ON, cousin Joseph (Judith) Hetrick of Bucks County & extended family. Loving Aunt to Anthony & Lindsay (Meaghan), & Great Aunt to Noah, Lavonah & Dylan. Barbara was a proud Philadelphian from Port Richmond & had a well-respected career at the Federal Reserve Bank. She was a lifetime supporter of Our Mother of Divine Grace Church. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
