While I didn't know Sister Lewis personally, I have loved Brother and Sister Lewis from a distance as you both raised a good son in Steve. Having walked in your shoes, I know the feelings the family is enduring, but take courage as she is just resting to get her strength back for the long 1,000 year day which is "just around the corner." Please express my condolences to Barbara's mother in her lost.
Also, to Steve and Alyssa, I'm so sorry for your lost. While it will take time, just imagine the time when you will see her smiling happy face again with no more pain, knowing she will never have to ever leave again.
We have had the privilege of knowing Sister Lewis and her family forever 30 years, and can say she was (is) one of the kindest and nicest person we have ever met. We miss her, but are certain she will be among all our loved ones we have lost in a paradise where sickness and death will be no more. Just a little while longer, "it is just around the corner'. With sympathy for your loss the lockhart family
Duane and I are truly saddened about the loss of Barb. She was a real friend to us. She was compassionate and kind. We will never forget her and neither will Jehovah. She is safe in his memory and soon He will bring her back to you. ❤️
I couldn't imagine a better example of someone loving her family than my mom. I hope to show my family the same love and care that she did every single day.
I send my love to the Lewis family. Barbara was blessed (and you too, Gary) for having all your children leading Christian lives and having strong faith in the true God, Jehovah. That speaks well about how they were raised. I remember Barbara as a kind and humble sister and well loved by everyone.
Had the privilege to meet Barb while working with Gary in early 2000's. Didn't take long see the love she had for her family and the calling she had to serve God. My deepest sympathies to the entire Lewis family, may God's Peace be with you during this difficult time.
We send our sympathy and love 💕 the the entire Lewis Family. Remember seeing Barb in person at the Kingdom Hall more than a year ago on one of the days she felt good enough to attend. She was always so loving to everyone, and patient too because everyone wanted to say hello knowing the battle she was fighting.
