Barbara Parker gained her angel wings on 06/30/22 at Marietta Memorial following a breif illness. Barbara was 72 years old.

Barbara's life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were Blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint She left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that She stayed here. Barbara was talented and adventurous in many aspects of her life. She was a master of Cross-Stitch, an avid animal lover and an amazing Great Grandmother. Not a day went by where Barbara didn't talk about her family or how much they meant to her. Barbara is survived by her sister Karen Paynter, Children Albert Parker and George (Nellie) Parker, Grandchildren Damial (Abby) Parker, Haley (Justin) Souders, Great Grandchildren Serenity and Wyatt Souders, Nieces Crystal and Paula Paynter, Nephew John Paynter, Great Niece Florence (Ethan) Sidwell, Great Great Nephews Elijah, Carson, and Jesse and countless friends. Barbara was predeceased by her parents Freda (Harold) Moody, her Daughter Julie, ex husband George Parker, Brother in law Edward Paynter. There will be a celebration of her life at a later date.
