Barbara's obituary
Barbara was born on 11/5/1941 in Alexandria Va.
In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, Barbara also loved crafts . Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her.
Barbara joins Husband David Fulcher, and sister Audrey in Heaven. She is survived by brother Buddy, brother Marvin, sister Ollie, son William, and daughter Denise.
