I have so many stories but I used to live with my Aunt in the summer when I was 16 and I always wanted my ears pierced and my mom said no but my Auntie Barb said he'll yes so we did another was taking me for my wedding gown when I told my Auntie the news we shared many times with laughs and tears she was my 2nd mother and I was proud to be part of my life with my Aunt Uncle and Kerri we would put on shows for them Kerri and I and then got busted staying up late eating snacks in bed lol she was amazing Aunt with such a sweet voice that never yelled and if she did she would break my heart but she made me feel like hey it's okay and took the ease out off of us. I was happy to have seen her before her passing I always heard from her every year for my birthday and sadly yesterday I didnt... I love you always n forever Barbara Jean til then xoxo

May you be comforted by the outpouring of love surrounding you.

There are things death cannot touch, and your love for your Mom is one of them.

This spring I had been planting perennials around our home.  I made it a point to plant two hydrangeas because they were mom's favorite flower.  I was so excited for her to see them planted and growing.  I hope she can now keep watching them grow all summer long as she was never able to get outside to see them.

I feel very lucky to have spent Mother's Day with her one last time.  She entered hospice the next day.

Please feel free to add stories, funnies, anything about Barbara that you want to share.  She touched so many lives.  I would love to hear your story of a time or something in general about my mom.

Much Love,

Kerri Beth
