Marc, I am really sad that your Mother and my Aunt has passed away. I have very fond memories of her and your family. There was a point in my life as a young adult where I visited Barbara in Laguna Beach to ask for her opinion and counsel as I struggled with a major decision in my life. She basically told me to follow my heart and not to listen to the nay sayers. That made all the difference for me. Your obituary really captures the essence of who she was.  I am so glad I was able to have contact with her in more recent times.
