Barbara Joan Duncan passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2022 surrounded by loved ones in Porterville, California. She was 86 years old. Barbara was born on July 11, 1935 to Pete and Willie Adams in Bakersfield, California. She graduated from Bakersfield High School in 1953 and later married Bill L.
