Barbara Anne Baxley, 77, a former business owner, local political activist, and loving mother died on July 1, 2018, after having been diagnosed with late stage pancreatic cancer in the weeks prior. She passed away peacefully in her room at the CareOne nursing home in Peabody, Massachusetts during the night in comfort.
