Barbara's obituary
Barbara Laurette Arnot (née Simpson), a devoted mother, loving grandmother, great grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on July 1, 1943, Barbara lived a life marked by resilience, unwavering kindness, and deep faith.
She was the beloved mother of two daughters, Erika Valentine and Pamela Arnot, and the proud grandmother of three grandchildren: Joseph Valentine, Roman Morzella, and Oliver Morzella and two great grandchildren: Piper and Scarlett Valentine.
Barbara was married to the same man twice, a unique journey through love and life that brought her two daughters—each a blessing from each marriage.
A strong Christian woman, Barbara walked through life with grace and strength, raising her children on her own and instilling in them compassion, courage, and love. She was known to all as a truly kind and accepting soul—never anything less. Her gentle spirit and open heart made everyone around her feel seen and loved.
Barbara dedicated much of her career to Nagle Industries, where she served faithfully as the office manager. Her work ethic, integrity, and care for others left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Barbara now joins her mother, father, and two brothers to be with the Lord, resting in eternal peace, and she will remain with us in spirit forever.
Memorial services will be held during the fall with details to be announced at a later time.
