Babatunde's obituary

The family of Amushan is heartbroken to share the passing of Babatunde Amushan Abayomi, affectionately known as Kosigiri by those close to him, who peacefully departed on January 16, 2026.

Former Gbagada Comprehensive High School student and current executive member and chief whip, Babatunde hails from Ijebu ode, Ogun state Nigeria. He subsequently earned a degree at Bradford University after attending the polytechnic and Lagos State University in Lagos State before relocating to the UK in 2003 to further his education. Babatunde was an associate, a therapist, and family consultant who lived life to the fullest, spreading joy and making others feel valued. Babatunde was affable, dedicated to his secondary and tertiary roles, and had excellent interpersonal skills. Many people's lives were profoundly affected by Babatunde. The impact he had on people's lives was profound and lasting. Because he is an exceptional human being, his loved ones will do all in their power to honor his memory.

Babatunde was a truly beloved soul, cherished for his kindness, warmth, and resilient spirit. His loss leaves an emptiness in the hearts of all who knew him, yet they find solace in celebrating his life and the beautiful legacy he leaves behind.

A humble and genuine man, Babatunde touched many lives deeply. He was a loving brother, devoted husband and partner, caring father, and a cherished friend. He is survived by his mother, siblings, uncles. aunties, daughters, and a son.

His family continue to hold his memory close, sharing a bond filled with love and strength. His wisdom, love, and values will forever inspire and guide them, as they cherish the memory of their father and the love he lovingly bestowed upon them.

Babatunde’s burial will be on Wednesday 21/01/2026, at the Gardens of Peace. Colchester Road, RM3 0NZ for 14:15.

As we grieve his loss, we also honor his life and the happiness he shared with us. We invite you to leave messages and memories below to keep his spirit alive. Babatunde will remain forever in our hearts.
