Baban V. Baliga, 73, of Glastonbury, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2026. He was born in Bombay, India on November 9, 1952 to Vasudev and Shankuntala Baliga. He attended The Indian Insitute of Technology Madras and the University of Iowa where he obtained a Bachelor's and Master's in mechanical engineering. He had a career that lasted forty years as a mechanical engineer working for General Electric, Howell Instruments, and Pratt & Whitney. He …
