I still carry a red bug in my purse from Axel's memorial service. I will be sure to pull it out today in remembrance of your sweet boy. I'm sending you love.
I wish you all warmth and peace as you celebrate honoring Axel at the park today with the xylophone dedication! What a beautiful tribute ❤️

I was so sorry to hear about Axel's passing. He was such a good baby boy 🙏❤️🙏,may his soul rest in perfect peace
So much love to you three on a very hard day. My kids ate dinner tonight with our “Axel” rocks. He is loved and thought of often, as are you all.

Kjerstin, Ingrid, and Karl,

There has not been a day in the past year that Axel and your family haven’t crossed my mind. I think of him every time I look at the darling mini dinosaur 🦕 on my desk or when I see his sweet picture. Holding you all and sweet Axel in my thoughts and prayers today and always. ❤️ Emily Landsverk ~ An old work colleague

I’m thinking about Axel today….so many mixed emotions.  I loved his cute little personality, smile, and presence.  My heart is with you Karl and Kj…I loved Axel and miss him💜.
Kjerstin, Karl and Ingrid: my thoughts are with you today. Axel was such a sweet boy and will never be forgotten. I’m here for you. Sending my love, Margaret
Dearest Karl and Kjerstin; exceptional and loving parents to precious treasure Axel Åke Rydeen: There are no words but please know you are in our hearts and fervent prayers as you adjust to life without your child. We thank you for your friendship with our daughter Karla as she and Peder navigate the loss of our dearest Tove. We are happy to contribute to Axel’s fund.

I’m so sorry for your family’s loss. Axel sounds like he was quite a special kid. I learned of this fundraiser through my best friend, Maurine Neiman, who also lost her child, J.J. unexpectedly a couple years ago. I live in the neighborhood and went to Keewaydin as a kid and am happy to contribute to Axel’s memorial. Sending your family love and peace.
This wasn’t the last time I spent with Axel, but a memory of him I think about the most. One afternoon, Karl and Axel came over to our house to see our duck coop. Karl was building a chicken coop and wanted ideas. Little Axel was so inthralled by our ducks. He watched them, chased them all while laughing. I’m sure he would have loved having those chickens and playing with them and his sister. Love to Karl, Kjerstin and Ingrid.
