Avery's obituary
🕊️ Avery Isabella Espinoza
A beautiful light in this world went to be with Jesus on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 7:17 p.m. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, Avery Isabella Espinoza.
Avery was born in Corpus Christi, TX on April 22, 2009 to Jenn & Charles. She was the youngest of four children who enjoyed making others laugh. After being diagnosed and dealing with her cancer, she decided she wanted to be a doctor or nurse so she could help other cancer patients one day. Avery was a true warrior up until she took her last breath.
Avery was a beautiful soul, full of life, laughter, and dreams. Her vibrant and goofy personality brought joy to everyone she met. Avery truly loved her family and cherished every moment spent with them.
She possessed a deep and genuine love for children and animals, a testament to her gentle and caring nature. Avery was a very talented artist, able to capture the beauty she saw in the world through her creations. She also had a passion for photography and loved the competitive spirit of volleyball.
Some of Avery's favorite things included the majestic grace of horses, the bright cheerfulness of sunflowers, and the playful mischief of the character Stitch. She enjoyed curling up to watch comedy movies, always ready for a good laugh.
Avery is survived by her loving parents, Jenn and Charles Espinoza; her adoring siblings, Taylor, Aiden, and Allie Espinoza; her grandparents, Natalie and Ambrose Johnson, and Charlie Espinoza; and her great-grandmother, Elayne Stewart. Avery was preceded in death by her Uncle Westley Johnson, and her grandmother Diana Espinoza, who helped care for Avery after her cancer diagnosis.
Avery’s beautiful light will be dearly missed by her family, extended relatives, and all those whose lives she touched. Her memory will live on in the art she created, the laughter she shared, and the love she gave so freely.
