Even though it has been a year and a half since we gathered to celebrate Ashley’s life, her love and spirit continue to shape us every day. We still carry her with us, in our memories, in the way we love others, and in the ways we try to spread kindness like she did.

This year, Natalie, Grace, and I are participating in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day, a 60-mile walk to help end breast cancer, in loving memory of Ashley. Her strength, resilience, and endless love continue to inspire us, and we are walking for her and for all the families who have been touched by this disease.

Each of us has committed to raising $2,300 to support breast cancer research, treatment, and patient care. Every donation, no matter the size, helps bring hope to others and moves us closer to a future with more survivors and fewer families facing loss.

If you feel moved to support our walk in Ashley’s memory, we would be so grateful. Sharing our page also means so much.

It was a moment on her diagnosis Rollercoaster when we she had just successfully relocated our Mom to Orange Co. With everything she had going on i was lucky enough to observe a afternoon of Ash's compassion and kindness when she made it a priority to give a close friend dealing with a debilitating condition a day of peace and friendship at the beach as she wheeled her friend in a beach wheelchair to the surfs edge so she could feel the ocean on her feet again.

2006 was the year you inspired me to move to Chicago to run Gradcity with you! I never would have and it changed my life’s path to many amazing things!! I miss you my mentor, my friend, my early morning coffee and maybe too late night cocktails🥰🥲

I was so sorry to hear about Ashley's passing. I worked with her at Expedia a number of years ago and we followed each other on Facebook.  She was indeed a joyful person full of positive energy.  She always smiled it seems :)

My heart goes out to the entire Roby family and all of the other friends and family who knew and loved her.  My deepest and most sincere condolences.

Recently I found out about your passing.   I will never forget when I was a kid and you visited grandpa Rob’s & grandpa Leslie’s house in Tacoma ..

Love You & May you rest peacefully..

Roby family,

My sincerest condolences in the loss of Ashley. I didn’t know her but I came across her go fund me and could see how loved she truly was. And what a beautiful person she was, even after being gone, she was unselfish and wanted to care for other. I’m so very sorry for your loss. Loosing someone to death is an extremely difficult thing to deal with bc we weren’t meant to die, and I know that in such a difficult time it can be hard to find comfort and strength. But I just wanted to share 2 beautiful promise/ God will soon fulfill… first that he will rid us of death very soon. 1 Corinthians 15:26 tells us that the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing. And one I myself look forward to is that he will bring our loved ones back to life. John 5:28,29 says Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. I hope these promises can bring you, your family and friend comfort till the day you can see Ashley again.

Ashley had Grace and Poise! She was a force of nature and blessed everyone who knew her. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Thinking of and praying for Ashley's beautiful family, as they adjust to life with Ashley as a Heavenly Angel. Her Light continues to shine in all the lives she touched.
