Arthur Turner served as President of The National Association of Letter Carriers Branch 1100. His career with the Postal Service and Union was an inspiration to many. After retirement he continued to stay involved with the NALC, and many of his "coworkers" have become a part of our family. Until he passed he continued to donate to the NALC, and we would love for you to take part in supporting an organization that he was so incredibly proud to be a member of. Arthur, Art, brother, uncle, cousin, dad, papa, big pop, chief, president or friend - It didn’t matter what name you knew him by—you definitely knew him and his big heart. Art, or as many of us called him, Papa, was a little bit of everything. It’s hard to capture the fullness of his life in a few short paragraphs, but we can share a few memories of the many that will echo for eternity.
