Arthur F. Poley, 83, of Poughkeepsie, died Saturday, July 21, 2001, at Vassar Brothers Hospital, Poughkeepsie. Mr. Poley was retired from IBM in Poughkeepsie, with over 42 years of service, retiring in 1984. He served in the United States Army during World War II. Born February 15, 1918 in New York, N.Y., he was the son of Arthur F. and Rose Nolan Poley. On October 20, 1946 in Hackensack, NJ, he married Hope Schiefer. In …
