Mr. Otts and Ms. Jeanne were the closest Friends to my parents growing up. They played cards a lot together while we kids played. I will never forget how they always busted each other's chops and picked n each other with so much love. The laughter that came from that card table will forever live in your heart. They made each other happy, were always there for one another, and loved each other's kids like they were their own. A cherished memory I will always have...Our Angels above guiding us with Love .....
Forever Remembered, Forever Missed. My Deepest Sympathy for your Tremendous Loss. Rest in Peace Brother Millwright and Brother Beth Steel Shipyard worker.

I don’t remember a time when all of us Kids would just hang out at the house and NOT felt laughter and love from both Otts & Jeannie. A huge part of my life growing up on a street full of love friendship k joy.

RIP Otts You will be missed and always Loved..🥰 Love Michele
