Arthur Carr (1951-2020)
Art passed away on Sunday, August 9th after a long battle from complications resulting from surgery in October of 2019. He had resided in Newark, Delaware since 1976. He is survived by his sister, Marilyn, who resides in McSherrystown, Pennsylvania and brother, Donald, residing in Maple Shade, New Jersey. Art married Nancy Harrington of Newark, Delaware, in June 1976, but within a decade Nancy had succumbed to an a aggressive strain of …
