Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the celebration of your dad's life. He not only influenced his students but his colleagues as well. I'm more than grateful that I was able to know and learn from him. Peter Pizzorno

For  Andrew,Sara, Rachel, Philip and Mary, your dad will stay in my memory forever. He was someone I looked up to and respected as a supportive colleague and  professional.  When he retired he left a hole in the Pierson staff and was missed by all of us! Sending hugs and love to all of you. I am so sorry that I won’t be able to attend the memorial gathering, but will be there in spirit.

Nate and Elise send their love and support to all of you!

Debbie Jacobs

My sincere condolences all of the family. Arthur was a role model of how a professional teacher such act and present himself. He will be missed.

An inspiring teacher, a cultured and generous man with a wicked sense of humor, rarely witnessed by students.

Mr. Cardone expanded my horizons and encouraged me in my personal growth. I learned from the attention he gave his children how to face the challenges of fatherhood.

Andrew, Sara, Rachel, Philip and Mary,

My deepest sympathies to you. I knew your dad as a wonderful colleague and devoted parent. Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you!

Marcia Collum

Sending my sincere condolences to Arthur’s family. I have fond memories of Arthur as a colleague and friend. Keeping you all in my prayers.
My condolences and prayers to the Cardone family. It was a pleasure to know Arthur as a fellow educator and as a parent, when I had the wonderful opportunity to have his daughter Mary as a student in my kindergarten class. Nancy Stevens-Smith
A cherished friend who was there for me when I needed him. Forever grateful Frank LIzewski

When I graduated from grammar school my older brother Arthur wrote this in my yearbook;

"This above all: to thine own self be true,

And it must follow, as the night the day,

Thou canst not then be false to any man."
