Arnold's obituary
Arnold William Leston was born on October 9, 1953, in Harlem NY where he was raised with his sister Sandra Leston. And parents David and Frances Leston. He also had two older brothers Junior and Julis. Arnold was affectionately known as “Donnie”, “Les”, and “Grandpa Leston” throughout his life. Arnold and his first wife gave birth to their daughter Monique, whom he loved dearly and enjoyed spending time with whenever possible.
Arnold volunteers and earned his CASAC at Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn. He enjoyed helping others and served his community as a Senior Addiction Counselor. It was during this time that he met Anita McLean and later marry on .on August 31, 2005, in Brooklyn, NY. They enjoyed taking small trips to Virginia Beach and going on cruises together. Arnold retired from Woodhull in late 2018. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with family and friends, and watching old westerns and sports when relaxing at home.
Arnold left this world on March 4th, 2022.
Arnold leaves behind to cherish his memory; his wife Anita; daughter Monique, bonus children Jonathan, Sherise, and Tyeson. Daughters-in-law Siomara, Shirley, and Evita; Son-in-law Keith; grandchildren Shana, Alexandro, Keith Jr, Kameron, Akira, Tyeson Jr, Taj, Kai, Nia, Kari, and Nala As well as a host of nieces and nephews.
