Arnold's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Arnold "Arnie, AJ" Jautaikis, affectionately known as Arnold, who left us on August 23, 2024. Born on April 30, 1966, Arnold lived a fulfilling and meaningful life, touching the hearts of many along the way.
He was predeceased by his beloved father, Jacob Jautaikis, and his loving mother Nancy Jautaikis is survived by his dear brothers, David and Steven Jautaikis. Arnold is remembered by those who knew him as a hardworking man, who always kept his head up and prioritized the importance of effort and dedication. He was not only a beacon of strength and resilience but also a testament to the truth that hard work pays off.
A devoted attendee of the New Covenant Church of Christ and an active member of Boy Scouts of America, Arnold was a man of commitment and community. His most cherished recreational activities were ocean fishing and fishing in Idaho with his dear friend, Graham. Arnold was full of life and adventure, savouring trips to places as varied as the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Yellowstone Park, and visiting family in California and friends in Idaho.
A lover of the outdoors, Arnold found peace and solace in the simple beauty of the local seashore. He was also deeply invested in his community, contributing to causes he deeply cared about, such as Scouting and the New Covenant Church in North Hampton.
Among his many accomplishments, Arnold was proud to be an Eagle Scout, and he was a successful self-employed businessman. His legacy, as he so aptly put it, serves as a reminder to us all: "Life is short, life moves very fast, take time with family and friends."
A Celebration of Life service for Arnold will be held on October 19, 2024, at 6:00 PM at 77 Tide Mill Rd. As we bid him farewell, we remember his spirit, his work ethic, and his passion for life. Rest in peace, Arnold. Your soul may have left this earthly existence, but your memory lives on in our hearts.
