I recently learned of Armand's death through a high school classmate. We went through Jr HS and HS together. From the beginning . it was clear Armand would be a high achiever. Personable, hard working and very bright. He obviously lived up to the predictions, in many ways. We are all proud of him, and feel privileged to have been his friend. Doug Milne. Jacksonville, FL
