It is with profound sorrow we announce the passing of Mr. Arlie Scott III, a notable patriarch and venerated family man, who was born on May 26, 1953, and departed from this earthly life on Oct 15, 2025.

Arlie, a man whose warmth and love was felt by all who had the privilege to know him, leaves behind an enduring legacy. He is survived by his beloved wife, Dell Scott, who was his unwavering source of love and support. Arlie's legacy of love and wisdom continues in his sons; Arlie Scott IV, Seth Scott, and Ian Scott, who will fondly remember him as an astounding father.

Arlie had the honor of experiencing Grandparenthood with his granddaughters Brittanie Bollinger, Baylee Scott, Izabella Scott, and Kiley Scott, as well as his grandsons Ethan Scott, Arlie Scott V, and Bryce Scott, and Great Grandson Mason Bollinger all of whom were his bundles of joy. His daughters-in-law, Elizabeth Scott and Ashley Scott, will forever remember Arlie's welcoming nature and loving heart.

Unchained Melody held a special place in Arlie's heart, a tune that could always make his spirit soar. His recreational activities consisted of hunting and fishing, passions that fueled his adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors. His most cherished cause was his family, for whom his love was boundless and ever-present.

Arlie was a beacon of love, care, and warmth. He was a dedicated family man who deeply touched the hearts of his loved ones. His lessons, especially his remarkable qualities of being an amazing father, grandfather, and great grandfather, will continue to guide and inspire his family.
