Background
On December 12, 2025, we lost my sister, Connie Jackson, and her daughter, Arielle Davis, in a way no family is ever prepared for. A senseless act of gun violence has left our family devastated and struggling to process what has happened.
Being Arielle’s uncle was one of the greatest joys of my life. She brought so much light and energy into our family, and watching her grow was something I truly cherished. Losing her has left a pain that’s hard to put into words.
Connie was a mother of two, and her children were the center of her life. The bond between Connie and Arielle was strong, and losing them together has been devastating for everyone who loved them.
Planning for one funeral is hard enough, but having to plan two at the same time — especially when one is for a child — is beyond overwhelming. This happened suddenly, and while we are trying to process our grief, we are also facing funeral and memorial expenses we were not prepared for. We are asking for help so we can lay Connie and Arielle to rest with dignity and care.
