It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Aridia "Negrita" Mendez on December 7, 2025. Aridia, who was affectionately known as Negrita, was born on June 27, 1936, and her vivacious spirit brightened the lives of all she encountered.

She was a beacon of strength, wisdom, and unwavering love. Her legacy will forever live on through those who loved her, as well as the countless lives she touched throughout her distinguished life.

As we mourn the loss of this extraordinary woman, we also celebrate her remarkable life and hope her story serves as an inspiration to all. Rest in peace, Aridia.
