I had the pleasure of meeting Ariana when she visited my show room a few weeks ago. I worked with her for about an hour and a half and that was all it took for her to leave a lasting impression on me. Not only was she beautiful, she was kind and sweet. I looked forward to seeing her again and so I was heartbroken when I heard that she had passed. I met her only briefly, but that was all it took for me to see that she was an absolute light, a gem of a person. I’m glad we connected that day, and I will never forget her gratitude and smile and wave she gave me as she left.
I’m so sorry for the loss of your loved one. My thoughts are with you.

Ariana’s last dance piece at Moorpark College, 2007 (the year we met).
Please excuse the jingling tags of my dog, he is obnoxious and didn’t know I was filming.

"Ask not for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee" (Donne).
The world is a little darker; the world is a little colder. A bright candle has been extinguished, but our memories of the times we shared - the moments we were graced with Ariana's presence -- her infectious smile, her generous and selfless spirit -- will live on.
