In Loving Memory of Ardell Montee Hill

It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of Ardell "Dell" Montee Hill, who departed this life on May 23, 2025, in Arizona due to heart failure. Ardell was a beloved son, brother, and father whose generous spirit and strong heart touched the lives of all who knew him.

Born in San Jose, CA., Ardell carried with him a quiet strength, a sense of humor that could light up any room, and an unwavering devotion to his family. He had a deep appreciation for music, sports, family time and meaningful conversations. Ardell lived with resilience and love, and those who knew him were better for it.

Though his time with us was cut short, the impact he made will be felt forever. Ardell will be remembered for his loyalty, his kind soul, and the way he always made time for those he cared about. He was a source of strength and inspiration for his loved ones.

Ardell will be cremated in Arizona, and his remains will be transported to California, where a memorial service will be held in his honor. Details of the service will be shared with family and friends in the coming days.

He is survived by Helena M. Hill ( Mother ), Dejon E. Bolton( Brother), Naomi C. Johnson ( Sister), Armarie Hill( Daughter ), Maliyah Hill(Daughter) Urias Hill( Son ), and a host of relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

As we bid farewell to Ardell, let us honor his spirit and the joy he brought into our lives. May he rest in peace.
