April Barr (Holladay), a radiant soul with a heart full of love, passed away on August 28, 2024, at the young age of 57 years old, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on February 16, 1967, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
April's journey began in her hometown of Broken Arrow, where she spent her formative years before meeting her husband, Tom, in Arizona. A devoted wife to Tom Barr, their love story grew even stronger with time. This year, they would be celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary. She took immense pride in her three daughters, Madison, Victoria, Kiki, and cherished every moment spent nurturing, guiding, and supporting them. Her family was the center of her world, and she found her greatest joy in the love they shared.
April Susanne Barr was a woman of remarkable strength and grace, whose zest for life was evident in everything she did. Her legacy is one of love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
April is survived by her husband, Tom; daughters, Madison Barr, Victoria Jeske (Lucas), and Kiki Barr; her mother, Ruth Holladay; and her sisters, Margo Bush, Teresa Cochran (Phillip), and Charlot Meyer (Tim). She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly. April was preceded in death by her father, Bill Holladay, and her sister, Mary Hart.
April will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the profound impact she had on those around her. A private celebration of life will be held to honor April's memory.
