Happy heavenly birthday, Tony. You would be 64 years old today. We celebrate the beautiful memories you left behind and the love that still surrounds us – and will forever.
I imagine a heavenly celebration with paella, a soccer game, and a good glass of wine.  Cheers to you Tony- you are missed.
Wishing you a Happy Heavenly Birthday. We think about you everyday. We love you still and miss you. ♥️
Happy birthday Tony! We miss you and your positive attitude, vibrate smile and your positive outlook on life. We know that heaven has gained an amazing angel. See you on the other side. xoxo, Roger and Kathie

He made me better and stronger.  Not much of a condolence, but it's the truth.  I admired him greatly and miss him more.

Happy Birthday to You Tony! I think of you often. Your smile always brightened the room! Lots of love, Joni 🙏💜

I think about you everyday, Toño and everyday I miss you. Today, I remember you with an extra dose of love, my brother. You were a wonderful husband and father to Petrice and your children. They're doing great, but I'm sure you can see that.   I was grateful to have you as a brother. I remember our days in Ensenada, then Delano, CA and finally San Jose. Each place holds special memories.  I remember them with smiles and laughter,  a few with tears - but the journey of our lives as siblings made us who we are.  God never gave us more than we could handle. Our experiences built character and made us stronger than we realized we could be.

Happy Birthday, Toño. I love you and miss you still.

I actually don't remember what EPL team that Tony supported - but he made me think he loved Arsenal - the team that our family supports.  For the big games (Arsenal vs ManU or ManCity or Chelsea etc), I would get a celebratory or condolence text from Tony after the game ended. It always made me smile. I moss those texts.
This day, Tony's birthday brings the "miss you" feels right back into focus.  I so miss his level headed mind in tornados that start-ups can be.  He always made very good decisions based on very a practical positive point of view positive intentions.  He was super helpful to me and to our team. I so miss his enthusiasm and energy to always move forward among the noise and confusion that can happen.  But most of all I miss his smiles and big laugh...those came in good times and in bad...a sign of the depth of his heart and soul. I still feel his impact!
Recently found out that Tony had passed away. It was very sad for me. He was the person I consider my first boss who opened doors for me in my career and my first role model in business. As with many people in life, we disconnected over the years due to busy lives but I'll always have a fond memory of Tony opening markets in Latin America and his leadership within important tech companies of the 90s. RIP Tony.

We miss you Tony (Noser). You had the most beautiful heart.
Just makes me smile to think of Tony’s beautiful spirit.
Happy Birthday, Toño! I miss you so much. You were taken away too soon. I've made a playlist of all the songs that bring back memories of our time growing up. I'll spend the day listening, reflecting, and being grateful that you were our older brother. ❤️🌹
I just wanted to say how beautiful Tony's service was this past weekend. Although it had been 20 years since we worked together, Tony and I kept in touch from time to time, and it was wonderful to hear how many lives he positively impacted. Condolences to the family; Tony will be missed but I think about him often, always with a smile.
Dear Petrice, Montera, Luca, and Carolina and extended family:

Our thoughts are with you from the McNallys. I am so grateful for our time working together at a number of companies and yet I still feel I was just discovering his genius for life. Much has already been said about team spirit, grace in the face of challenges, energy, tenacity, eye for detail (and more caffeinated meetings than I can count). He was the friend, the colleague, with the wisdom and generosity of a cool uncle who was watching out for you. Would regularly check in with me about how "junior" was doing, sometimes over a hot soup or coffee at the house. Always found beauty - family, photos, food, friends, cultures all around the globe. And introduced to so many wonderful people, each business team was a collection of friends before long.

Tony, you left us with so many gifts in the form of friends and good memories, and inspiration to do our best for each other going forward. As you would say in many a text, Merci.
Dear Petrice, Montera, Luca, and Carolina,
Although it has been a long time since our ISTP years, I will always remember Tony's love and dedication to your family. Such an unexpected loss. May your memories sustain you and give you strength.
Love to you all,
The Smith-Johnson Family (Sue, Ed, Julia and Eamon).
A thank you note to Tony from the Haysman Boaler family (in no particular order)
• Thank you for being a big man with a big heart and infectious, cheeky smile
• Whenever our families were together you always made us feel as if we were one large family
• Thank you for the amazing Paella evenings, the great wine and stimulating conversations. Whether it was a big event – picking World Cup winners or the small events with just a couple of families you made them special
• Thank you for always having a spare blanket for when Jo or I were feeling the chill at a soccer game – we never even had to ask – one would just materialize.
• Thank you for understanding that soccer is the real football and never using basketball, American Football or baseball terms when talking about soccer – or at least wanting to learn the correct terminology.
• Thank you for always leaving a space for me and Jo to sit with you and Petrice at the games and for engaging in strategy conversations.
• Thank you for your unusual shouts at games “boule de feu”, Who is Carol?” and “Pablito” – they made us smile!
• Thank you for sharing so many photos of amazing meals and food/drinks of all sorts – sometimes a simple sandwich that you had made, other times an amazing meal in a Tokyo restaurant
• Thank you for being our friend

Our thoughts, love and hugs go out to Petrice, Montera, Luca and Carolina – we will miss you Tony!
Such wonderful thoughts and memories of Tony.

Tony and I were good friends at the UC Graduate School of Management and after graduation I eventually pulled him into a job with me at a (slightly dysfunctional) company called Heuristics. We worked hard to grow that company and also had fun there. I started a tech company after I left Heuristics and Tony helped with the business plan. I invited him to be a founding partner but Heuristics was going international and Tony was to head up that effort - and that sounded like a lot of fun.

Sincerely,
Ney Grant
I knew Tony in High school. He was such a polite and happy human! This obituary is just beautiful. My sympathies to your family
Sincerely,
Kerie (Vestal) Byrd

I went to high school with Tony and he was the guy who was friends with everybody! He was kind and thoughtful and had a great personality! The world has lost a wonderful person but his legacy lives on through his children. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I met Nose in the Fall of 1979 and through my graduation in June of 1983 we played a lot of football, basketball, softball, and drank a lot of beer. Nose dog loved life, and his smile started way down inside and rose out; it was real. When you played against him, he was "pesky"; luckily we played together most of the time. He always worked to improve. The answer was inside/internal, not external, and he was committed to finding it. That's what made him tick and that's an incredible legacy that will live in his beautiful children. God Bless Nose Dog.
