I was at mass praying asking if you’re in your mansion in heaven. Then a few days later this popped up. Thanksgiving at my place. 2 thumbs up under my cross. Telling me you made it fine. Happy 60th Birthday brother.

Today was one of those hard days. Cry hard kind of day. Found your shirt that has Jesus on the crucifix in the back. It hit me cause I know you’re with Him but you being with Him, means you’re not with us. Maybe the rejoicing will come with time. But losing you is hell.                            Absolute. Fucking. Hell. 

I miss your face. I miss your chuckle. I miss our name calling. I miss seeing you walk the dog. I. Miss. You. 

 Can’t even watch A Dogs Purpose cause the ending crushes me. Yet I know that’s you with Kobe. Maybe one day I’ll smile for once at the end. I believe Angels carry these messages to you. I’m sure they’ll skip the profanity and you’ll chuckle cause you know me too well. Like you used to say to me … “I love you sweetheart”
