Anthony's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anthony Robson, Jr., beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, who left this world on May 1, 2025, at the age of 32. Born on January 18, 1993, in Norfolk, Virginia, Anthony was a bright light in the lives of all who knew him.
Anthony was the cherished son of Anthony and Paula Robson, who instilled in him the values of hard work, kindness, and a deep love for the outdoors. His passion for nature was evident in everything he did, from hiking expeditions to family camping trips, where he created unforgettable memories with his loved ones. He found joy in every moment spent outdoors and instilled that same appreciation in his children.
As the owner and operator of Creative Construction, Inc., Anthony was dedicated to his work, bringing his vision and creativity to numerous projects throughout the Norfolk area. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to quality earned him the respect and admiration of clients and colleagues alike. He took great pride in his work, always striving to exceed expectations and foster relationships built on trust and integrity.
Anthony is survived by his wife, Genevieve Smith. Together, they welcomed two wonderful children into the world, Anthony and Julianna, who were the lights of their father’s life. Anthony was a loving father who nurtured his children's dreams and ambitions while teaching them the importance of compassion and hard work.
He is also survived by his brother, Paul, and his loving extended family, which includes his mother-in-law, Kelli Copeland, and sister-in-law, Emily Copeland. Anthony's family was not just an obligation to him; they were his greatest treasure. He found immense joy in family gatherings, where laughter and love were always present, surrounded by many aunts, uncles, and cousins who adored him.
In his brief time with us, Anthony touched many lives with his warm spirit, infectious laughter, and unwavering love.
Memorial services for Anthony will be held on May 10, 2025 and will be private.
