It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Anthony "Tony" McKoy, who preferred to be called Tony. Born on April 8, 1962, Anthony departed this world on May 25, 2024. Throughout his life, he showered those around him with love and kindness, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those privileged to know him. Anthony is survived by his long-time companion, Cassandra Boddie; great-aunt, Vertilue McKoy; siblings: Troy McKoy (Trina), Cynthia Straughter (Leon), Sharon McKoy-Mitchell, Brian Prince (Sandy), Medric Swann (Charlene), Jimmy Stancil, and Michelle Swann-Renee  (Adrian); a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins  who will continue to honor his legacy of compassion and generosity. His absence will be deeply felt and we will forever cherish the memories we created with him. Rest in peace, dear Tony.
